New fire assembly point sign for our block of flats at Wharf Road, Kilnhurst.
Fire safety signs are important in a block of flats because they help everyone know what to do in an emergency. They show the safest way out, where fire exits are and also point to the external fire assembly point, which is the safe point for people to meet if leaving the building!

We carry out estate audits every 3 months in the Lower Manor area. During the audit we check the overall appearance of the estate. This includes communal grounds which are maintained by our garden contractors MKS, individual property condition including gardens and driveways, any abandoned vehicles, fly tipping, health & safety concerns and any improvement works needed.
FINDINGS FROM THE AUDIT
All in all the audit was a positive one, the estates are well maintained and look nice. here's a few things i picked up.
Repairs: Wharf Road in Kilnhurst had a car fire in the car park. This has left a couple of fence panels damaged and the car park surface were the car was has got scorched. This has been passed to our Asset Management team who are in the process of completing the works. The fence has now been replaced and the car park surface works will shortly be under way.

St Leger Close in Dinnington has a shared refuse area with Trinity Estates. Recently there has been high levels of fly tipping in the refuse area. Both Acis Group and Trinity Estates are working together to tackle the issue. Signs have been put up in the area and a clearance has just been completed. With your help we can take a pro active approach of catching the repeat offenders. I have spoke to a number of our customers in St Leger Close who are monitoring the situation for me.
