December Audit Results

Findings from Audit:

Thurcroft: A couple of untidy gardens were picked up on then audit and these have been addressed with the customers.

Kilnhurst: Wharf Road - The car park has now been re surfaced after the car fire there. There is also an issue with leaflets being dropped in the communal area's. This is making the space look extremely untidy. We have put up signage asking that no leaflets be left but its still happening on a regular basis. If you are a tenant at Wharf Road and you see this happening could you ask the individual not to leave leaflets please. It is a fire risk !

Dinnington: Loose paving slaps were picked up on Dettori Mews. These have now been reported for repair. Carson Avenue customers have reported an issue with rats in the area. On inspection i came across a number of black bins that had holes in them. This will attract rats looking for food in the winter months. If your bin has holes i strongly advise that you contact Rotherham Council and get a replacement ordered.

St Leger Close in Dinnington is still having high volumes of fly tipping/rubbish left in the refuse area. On inspection i found a lot of cardboard had been left. The refuse collectors will not take this unless it is broken up and put in the correct re cycling bin.

If you have any concerns/issues regarding your estate please contact our customer service team and we will review your findings and action accordingly.

Thank you
