Newark and Sherwood
Newark and Sherwood is an area within Nottinghamshire famous for the Sherwood Forest. Within the area is the historic town of Newark along with its castle and Southwell with its Minster along with old mining villages.
Acis own approximately 190 properties ranging from bungalows to three bedroom houses with the most of our stock being in Bilsthorpe.
Other areas within Newark and Sherwood include Newark, Southwell, Blidworth, Farndon and Balderton.

What we've found on this audit?
Generally the Grounds Maintainance in our communal areas are looking much better. A tree which we found in the Yorke Drive area of Newark, which was causing issues has now been removed.
General repairs have been reported that we saw in the neighbourhood on the day.
What's happening now?
I am actively about the areas and will report anything I see whilst out and about.

General repairs have been reported that we saw in the neighbourhood on the day.
Untidy gardens and other tenancy issues which were found across the neighbourhood, we've written to people about this.
What's happening now?

Bilsthorpe March Audit 2024
The last audit took place in Bilsthorpe in March and I've been busy writing to people regarding what we found on the audit.
What we've found on this audit?
I've liaised with our estates officer to ensure that some grounds maintenance issues have been resolved.
General repairs have been reported that we saw in the neighbourhood on the day.
Untidy gardens were found across the neighbourhood, we've written to people about this.
Vehicles, such as caravans, campervans and un-road worthy vehicles, were found. We're in the process of writing to all concerned.
What's happening now?
I am following up with letters which have been sent out and ensuring that repairs have been logged and grounds maintenance issues are resolved through our estates officer.
