What we've found on this audit?

There were some issues with fly tipping and rubbish in the Yorke Drive area of Newark. This was flagged up to our Grounds Maintainance team and will be cleared.

The Grounds Maintainance in our other communal areas are looking okay.

Any repairs have been reported that we saw in the neighbourhoods on the day.
