Walkabout around Yorke Drive

On Friday the 8th May myself and Chris Bracen from Newark and Sherwood council met at the Community Centre and had a walkabout around the Yorke Drive area of Newark combining both council and Acis properties.

We aim to make this a regular walkabout which will allow us to share ideas and discuss things which are currently going on in the area such as the Regeneration programme.

The Community Centre is based on Beaumont Walk and is a vital link in the community where they provide a Food and Well-being Hub. The street wardens also hold a housing surgery which details are attached.
