• Joint Police and Safer Communities meeting at the TARA building.

In November we had a joint Police and Acis Group Ltd drop in session for local residents at the TARA building on Ulley Road. We are planning to help similar meetings every 6-8 weeks. If you have and concerns in relation to anti social behaviour or crime please come and chat to us. We will promote future events via the TARA notice board and on My Voice.

  • Family Connection applications for re-housing

“At Acis Group we very much welcome applications for re-housing from close family members of existing Acis customers currently living on the Woodthorpe estate.

In some circumstances, we are able to bypass other housing register applicants in favour of applicants with a strong family connection to Woodthorpe.

*All applicants still need to be registered with Sheffield City Council and bid on properties set aside for the family connection access stream.

For more information or if you know someone who may be interested, please contact Trevor Fox or Jade Easton – Area Service Managers on 0800 027 2057 / info@acisgroup.co.uk.

  • April Neighbourhood Audit of Woodthorpe

During April we carried out an audit on the Woodthorpe estate concentrating on untidy gardens.

We have contacted a number of customers so far and many have responded really positively.

There has been some big improvements and we thank customers for their efforts. This is an ongoing piece of work with follow up actions over the coming weeks. Where there is persistent non compliance in relation to untidy gardens, we will be taking legal action to enforce an appropriate standard.

If you're unable to maintain your garden due to disability or age and need any advice on where to get help, please let us know.

Remember MyAcis is there for you to raise any specific repairs, or concerns related to your tenancy.
