General repairs have been reported that we saw in the neighbourhood on the day.

In August and November we carried out further Neighbourhood Audits. This is where we visit the estate and look at issues like untidy gardens, repairs and improvements to communal areas. We were able to advise on recycling and bulk rubbish removal options. We also arranged a drop in session at the local Tenant's and Residents Association building on Ulley Road. These sessions will continue regularly in 2025. Further details will be posted on Your Voice going forward.

In November we had a joint Police and Acis Group Ltd drop in session for local residents at the TARA building on Ulley Road. We are planning to help similar meetings every 6-8 weeks. If you have and concerns in relation to anti social behaviour or crime please come and chat to us. We will promote future events via the TARA notice board and on Your Voice.

There has been some big improvements and we thank customers for their efforts. This is an ongoing piece of work with follow up actions over the coming weeks. Where there is persistent non compliance in relation to untidy gardens, we will be taking legal action to enforce an appropriate standard.
If you're unable to maintain your garden due to disability or age and need any advice on where to get help, please let us know.

Acis have recently had the 2 blocks of flats on Spinkhill Road decorated which have really made a difference to the place.
