Thank you to everyone who came along to see us at Woodthorpe TARA building on the 18th March, it was great to see you all and to listen to your experiences of the services we offer.

As discussed on the day, we have taken away any actions and will contact you with updates. We will also be collating the information and feedback received and taking any recommendations and suggestions further.

We had a great session discussing your experience of the services you receive, including Repairs satisfaction, communications and service standards, as well as the experience of having a surveyor come to your house and the information you receive following these visits.

We will be arranging another session in May, and will update on this page with the details nearer the time.

A big thank you, also, to the Woodthorpe TARA team, for allowing us to use your space and being so welcoming - the cakes looked delicious too!
