Tamer Road flats: interior communal areas painted.

We recently noticed that the walls in the communal areas of the flats were looking tired, damaged and in need of freshening up, repairing and cleaning.

In February 2024, we completed paintwork and repairs to the damaged wall. This work was carried out by our Asset Management team.

We've included some pictures below to illustrate the difference that this has made to the flats.
