Grimsby is a port town in North East Lincolnshire benefiting from high street shops, schools, churches, public houses and a number of restaurants. It's only 2.7 miles to Cleethorpes with beaches and seaside restaurants. Dogs are welcome on most areas of the beaches in Cleethorpes making this a great day out for all.

We also have homes in Healing, a village and civil parish in North East Lincolnshire that dates from the early medieval period. Healing is 3 miles from Grimsby with a train service to the town. Healing has a lovely rural feeling, which you would expect from a village.
And in New Waltham, 3 miles from Grimsby and 15 miles from Louth, we have a number of new build homes. New Waltham has shops, schools, churches, public houses and much more.
