  • Neighbourhood Audit - Caistor

We have carried out our quarterly audit & found while some areas & properties are well maintained by our customers, there are also areas that are not. The audit at Fountain Court, Caistor highlighted that again there is rubbish being discarded & dog faeces on the communal pathway & grassed area which is very disappointing and are being addressed. We encourage our residents to report any kind of fly tipping or issues. With more & more reports of rats being prevalent, discarded rubbish is a perfect home for them!

Westbrook Grove, Caistor has been looking very well maintained, it is a pleasure to see our customers for taking such pride in where they live, we are aware of some gardens not looking there best & these are being addressed with each individual customer. The photo at Lindum Court is of boxes in the communal area, the customer has been asked to remove these as all customers are aware there shouldn't be anything left or stored in any communal area.

You may have seen me out & about recently while I carried out my Neighbourhood Audit in your area. Being fairly new to the patch it was great to see that many of the properties are well looked after. There are some properties where the gardens need attention & are being investigated. If there is anything you wish to discuss regarding your area/home, please contact me.

  • Barton Upon Humber & Healing - Audit

    1. Hi to all our Acis customers, I am Sue, your Area Service Manager (ASM) & today I completed my 1st audit around the area covering Exmoor Close, Clover Lane, Grampian Avenue, Cornflower Close, Fritillary Drive, Pearleaf Drive & Bayleaf Lane & what a pleasure it was to see how the vast majority of our customers look after the area in which they live. This is really pleasing as the new (ASM) for this area to see what pride is taken with customers gardens & the general tidiness of the areas. There are a few, but very few, areas that could do with a little more care which i will be addressing individually.

  • Neighbourhood Audit Bigby, Owmby, Searby, Grasby July 2025

Following my audit there were a few issues that raised concerns:

    1. Flaking paint on facias & soffits
    2. Untidy gardens/rubbish in gardens
    3. Vehicles park on grass areas

Properties with dated facia's/soffits were identified which made the properties look untidy. These have been reported to our Asset department & are now on a plan to be updated/replaced.

Customers who's gardens were identified as being overgrown or with rubbish in were subsequently contacted & given a time frame in which to rectify. As the Area Service Manager (ASM) for this area I continue to visit to ensure these have been actioned. It's always helpful if our customers report anything they think makes the area look untidy or is a breach of tenancy conditions, by working together we can make a difference.

Customers have been contacted to remove vehicles from grassed areas. I can confirm this has now been done.
