Glentham, Bishop Norton, Waddingham & Snitterby Audit December 2025

Having completed my last audit of the year, the areas in general were looking satisfactory with one or 2 issues with untidy gardens etc which have been addressed directly with the tenants. Please be reminded that gardens do form part of your tenancy agreements & require maintaining. Cars on driveways with wheels missing are also not acceptable, unless in an emergency.

My next audit will be in the next couple of months, but in the meantime if you have anything you wish to discuss with me please feel free to do so,
