Woodthorpe

Woodthorpe is a large estate of traditional two and three bedroom homes with good sized private gardens.

The area is multi tenure (with privately owned and tenanted homes) but Acis Group owns and manages the majority of the homes. We also have a small development of flats for singles and couples and a scheme specifically for the over 55's.

The area is well served by public transport into the city centre and is a short distance to nearby local shopping (including supermarkets and convenience stores) and community facilities at Manor, Richmond and Handsworth.

Woodthorpe benefits from access to greenspace including the tranquil Carbrook Ravine Nature Reserve. There are schools within a short walk too.

Woodthorpe is often described as a close, friendly community with strong family connections.

Our homes are popular and are allocated primarily via the Sheffield City Council choice based lettings platform. We are also able to prioritise a number of applications each year from close family of current Acis Group customers already living on the estate.
