Service Standards and Tenancy Management

We are currently reviewing our customer service standards and we need your help to do this.

Service standards are the service you expect to receive from Acis, within this review we will be looking into how our customers contact us and what expectations customers have when looking at timescales and when they expect to hear back from Acis.

We are also using this opportunity to review elements of our Tenancy Management Policy, this policy helps set out the expectations from tenants and from Acis to help maintain and manage a tenancy. We are particularly interested to find out what you think of starter tenancies.

Starter tenancies are introductory tenancies that last 12 months, with the option of extending for 6 months if there are any tenancy issues. During starter tenancies, tenants are not able to transfer or mutually exchange properties.
