Repairs policy survey

Flooring - Acis install floor coverings to when renewing kitchens, bathrooms and occasionally toilets within your home. 

We are now proposing to maintain and repair these floor coverings where previously these have been the customer’s responsibility. 

This will be limited to four designs.

Are you in favour of this change? 

Decorating - Currently we do not paint after repairs to items such as doors, architraves, skirting boards, plaster repairs and mould treatments. 

Within the new repairs policy we are proposing to paint the repaired surface in white or magnolia in line with our void property standard, where these colours are not acceptable to the customer we will offer decoration vouchers. 

Vouchers will be issued based on the size of the area that requires painting.

Are you in favour of this change? 

Entry - We attempt to gain entry to your home to complete a repair 3 times, with at least 1 of these being physically at your door. 

This unfortunately still leads to us not gaining entry on approximately 1755 occasions per year.
