Decorating
Our tenants decorate their homes just how they like it, B&Q alone have over 3,000 emulsions and well over 5,000 wall papers available.
Flooring
We are looking to maintain responsibility for genuine wear and tear of vinyl floor coverings where we have fitted them in kitchen and bathroom new builds or replacements.
Damp & Mould
Due to changes in legislation around landlord’s responsibilities with regards damp and mould we will be introducing new priorities when managing these type of repairs.
Pest control
Pest control is not a repair responsibility so we will look to remove it. Where there has been a report of a pest issue Acis will investigate and take any action where they are responsible for the route cause i.e. a repair to a hole into the property. If any repairs are identified they will be categorised as per the repairs policy.
