  • Yeomans Parade- Car Park Line Painting

    The car park at Yeomans Parade is due to have its lines repainted on Tuesday 3rd March.


    Therefore, we request that all vehicles or any obstacles are removed from the car parking area by 8am on Tuesday 3rd March for the remainder of the day, in order for the work to be completed.

    Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause but we hope it will improve the car parking area and make parking easier for everyone using this space.

    What we've found on this audit?

    The audit covered Edwalton and Carlton.

    A couple of issues where we found bulky items left outside peoples properties but these could of been waiting to be collected from the Council.

    Generally the area looked tidy.

    No repairs were needed to be reported on this occasion.




    What's happening now?

    Visits take place regularly to check our estates and communal areas by both the Estates Officer and Area Service Manager.

    Any bulky items noted from the audit in January will be monitored and hopefully being collected or disposed of.

    The next official audit around this area will be taking place in September 2026.

    What we've found on this audit?

    The audit covered Edwalton and Carlton.

    During the audit it was noted that bulky items had been left out in communal areas which shouldnt be there.

    Untidy gardens were noted.

    Any Grounds Maintainance issues were noted and the Estates Officer was alerted.

    Flytipping was found in communal areas and bin areas in Carlton.

    General repairs have been reported that were seen in the neighbourhood on the day.

    Visits take place regularly to check our estates and communal areas by both the Estates Officer and Area Service Manager.

    The next official audit around this area will be taking place in January 2026.
