Elizabeth Mews, Grimsby March 2024 Audit

I have carried out a recent Neighbourhood Audit at Elizabeth Mews in Grimsby.

Although the area generally looks ok I have noticed that the communal areas in the flats are in need of some paint work; this will be added to the painting programme for the future.

There are several gardens to the rear of some of the homes that need clearing and I am contacting the residents to action this.

We do have a big problem with fly-tipped rubbish in this area which Acis deal with by ordering a clearance however, this is costly and if the people are identified they will be re-charged for the clearance. Alternatively it may be added to the service charges for the residents at Elizabeth Mews therefore we ask that everyone makes an effort to keep the area they live in clear of rubbish and tidy.
