    What we've found on this audit?

    There was alot of flytipping in our areas on this audit.

    General repairs have been reported that were seen in the neighbourhood during the week of audits.

    A caravan was noted in a garden.

    Alterations carried out where permission was needed.


    What's happening now?

    I am following up with letters relating to issues that were seen and ensuring that repairs have been logged.

    What we've found on this audit?

    General repairs have been reported that were seen in the neighbourhood on the day.

    Untidy gardens were found across the neighbourhood, we've written to people about this.


    What's happening now?

    I am following up with letters which have been sent out and ensuring that repairs have been logged and grounds maintenance issues are resolved through our estates officer.
