The annual Audit for Normanby By Spital + Owmby By Spital has been completed by your new Area Service Manager, James
Overall the neighbourhood is a lovely quiet area with rural footpaths, parks and fields for people to enjoy.
The garages on Fenn Road have been identified as an area for improvement with potential fly tipping and out of repair garages.
There is the car park by Cornerways with potential area for fly tip and weeds growing so is an area that will be keeping on Acis radar.
The overall gardens of local Acis properties are very good with good maintenance of them. Please keep an eye out for Acis in bloom campaign in the Spring time and get involved. Thank you for everyone keeping on top of their gardens.
Unfortunately I was unable to meet anyone in the neighbourhood so please comment on here if there is anywhere or anything you want to see improve.
