On Friday 16th January we will be at Pillared House along with Krinkels, our grounds maintenance contractor, to carry out some external improvements. Following on from a consultation with our residents at Pillared House, we will be removing the old wooden planters and will be returning the area to grass. Krinkels will be completing the moss clean on the pathways and car park. 2 trees have already been removed which were causing issues. We are also arranging for the integrated benching replaced and the rear fence and gate behind Tooley Street to be replaced, this will be done within the next few weeks.

On our last neighbourhood audit we have identified the following:
Untidy gardens, we have contacted these customers.
Cases of fly tipping in communal areas - we have requested our clearance team to clear these areas.
Fly tipping is an ongoing issue, when we know who has done this we are able to charge them for the clearances. If you see anybody dumping rubbish, or you have noticed fly tipping anywhere, please report it us.
If you have any questions then please get in touch. Remember My Acis is there for you to raise any specific repairs, or concerns related to your tenancy.
