    • Raise clearance jobs where necessary for flytipping
    • A solution to Wembley Street, Heaton Street & Hickman Street flats is being looked into
    • We are assessing conditions of some communal areas to arrange tidy ups

  • Neighbourhood Audits

On our last neighbourhood audit we have identified the following:

Untidy gardens, we have contacted these customers.

Cases of fly tipping in communal areas - we have requested our clearance team to clear these areas.

Fly tipping is an ongoing issue, when we know who has done this we are able to charge them for the clearances. If you see anybody dumping rubbish, or you have noticed fly tipping anywhere, please report it us.

If you have any questions then please get in touch. Remember My Acis is there for you to raise any specific repairs, or concerns related to your tenancy.
