Thank you to everyone who took part and gave their feedback in our survey. It was really valuable to understand what you believe is meant by Equality, diversity and inclusion; and this allows us to ensure we are on the right track within this policy and how we provide an inclusive service for our customers going forward.


Here at Acis we recognise and celebrate the diversity within our communities; in the last 3 years alone, we have worked hard to learn and understand more about the diverse needs of our customers, as well as learn more ourselves about the diverse needs in our communities.

We’re now working on our new ED&I strategy and need your help on how we can shape this to have the most positive impact for our customers and the wider community. We’re interested in your views on how we can raise more awareness of ED&I in our community, how we can help promote and celebrate diversity, the services and provision we provide for you, and using the ED&I data we collect on our customers to deliver even better outcomes.
