Communal works - Trinity Court, Gainsborough

Your Voice matters!

We want to hear your thoughts about the improvement works we’re doing at Trinity Court in Gainsborough.

Following feedback from you, our customers, and observations made by your Area Service Manager we’ve put together a plan to improve the building. We’re currently working in partnership with Equans to deliver this work.

Below is a list of the intended works and we’ll be adding more information over the coming weeks.

• Internal decoration
• Replacement of communal store doors
• Jetwash of external flooring and balcony flooring
• Paint handrails to stairs
• Replace communal windows
• Replace internal communal doors and side panels
• Replace balcony side panels in Perspex
• Paint balcony rails
• Paint underside of balconies
• Clean UPVC flat windows
• Repair any damaged brickwork
• Replace missing vent covers
