Let’s Keep Our Shared Spaces Clear and Safe

We want everyone in the building to feel comfortable and safe, so we are asking all residents to help keep our communal areas tidy and clutter‑free.

• Rubbish‑free spaces — Please don’t leave bags, boxes, or waste in corridors, stairwells, landings, or shared cupboards.

• No personal storage — Items like shoes, prams, or small furniture can block walkways, so these should be kept inside your home.

• No combustible items — External cupboards must not store combustible items, so we can keep everyone safe in line with fire regulations.

Clear communal areas help ensure safe escape routes and reduce fire risks for all of us.

Any items left in communal areas that pose a fire risk may be removed and disposed of, and the cost may be recharged to the tenancy.
