Why are we asking for your feedback?

When a tenant moves out of one of our properties, the home becomes a void property. This means it is empty and unavailable to let while any checks, repairs, cleaning, or maintenance work are completed before a new tenant moves in.

We are reviewing how we manage void properties and would like your views on our proposed policy. Your feedback will help us make sure our homes are prepared to a good standard and re-let as quickly as possible for people who need them.
