Neighbourhood Audit October 2024
We carried out a Neighbourhood Audit of Acis areas in North East Lincolnshire, which includes Elizabeth Mews, Grimsby, Robert Pearson Mews, Grimsby, Scartho Top, New Waltham and Healing.
Elizabeth Mews is looking tidier which is pleasing. However, some gardens have been identified as having dog faeces in and items that need removing, the residents have been informed of this. This is to remind all residents if they own a dog, they must clear dog faeces daily from their gardens, as this is a breach of their tenancy terms and conditions. If this is not adhered too action can be taken against their tenancy, which also applies to untidy gardens and items or rubbish being left outside. The communal bin area was also looking tidier and Acis are aware that it is not only Acis residents that use this area but that fly-tipping does take place here.
Robert Pearson Mews is also looking tidy but we must remind all residents to only park in the parking bays that are marked out for Acis residents.
Scartho Top is also looking tidy although a lot of this area is still a building site, no issues at present.

New Waltham is another site of newer built properties, the area is looking good. Acis are aware of a number of parking issues at New Waltham, which is due to the fact there are numerous cars in these areas and very little parking facilities. This is not something Acis have any control over, but we do ask that residents use their own parking and if they are unable to park additional vehicles they use the public highway.
Healing is looking tidy with no issues at present (apart from the autumn leaves dropping!!)
