Neighbourhood Audit Barton-Upon-Humber September 2025

Hi to all our Acis customers, I am Sue, your Area Service Manager (ASM) & today I completed my 1st audit around the area covering Exmoor Close, Clover Lane, Grampian Avenue, Cornflower Close, Fritillary Drive, Pearleaf Drive & Bayleaf Lane & what a pleasure it was to see how the vast majority of our customers look after the area in which they live. This is really pleasing as the new (ASM) for this area to see what pride is taken with customers gardens & the general tidiness of the areas. the broken fence at Bayleaf Lane has been reported to our Repairs Department for this to be fixed. Access to the rear of these properties has been brought to the attention of the tenant to clear & maintain. There were a few wheelie bins that needed putting away. There are a few, but very few, areas that could do with a little more care which i will be addressing individually.
