Grimsby, Scartho Top, Healing, New Waltham - Audit December 2025

Following my December 2025 audit it is apparent that there are still issues regarding fly-tipping at Elizabeth Mews, which is not acceptable, there are bins & a bin store for Acis tenants to use & we expect them to do so. This year we are working with Environmental Health & any tenants seen fly tipping will be reported & prosecuted, this will also affect their tenancy. We will also consider re-charging all tenants for any further clearances Acis have to do.

Following my last audit I met with our Asset Team regarding the paint work on the houses at Elizabeth Mews & they are looking into this as it is a specialist paint that is required.

New Waltham - Hammerfest Avenue

Acis have been busy installing a new pathway, replacing the uneven pathway.



Scartho Top, Grimsby - Acis working in partnership with NELincs Council.

Acis have also been busy taking handover of 23 general needs 2 & 3 bedroom new build houses, with a further 8 properties due before the year end. All handed over properties have been allocated & let.
