What we've found on this audit?

A small amount of fly tipping was found particularly inside the bin stores at Grassmoor.

Improvements for areas noted.

Areas that Acis cover for grounds maintenance were checked and reported back to the estate officer as a small amount appeared to have been missed.

Gardens were noted that needed cutting and notes left at the addresses.
