What we've found on this audit?

Theres still some areas that I've noticed that need attention from Grounds Maintainance. Myself and our estates officer will ensure these get resolved.

General repairs have been reported that we saw in the neighbourhood on the day.

Untidy gardens were found across the neighbourhood, particularly relating to rubbish or bulky items..

What's happening now?

Letters have been sent or some issues were addressed at the time of the audit.

Flytipping has been logged with our estates officer - remember it is your responsibility to ensure anything you throw out goes to the local tip or in the bin.

I am often about the area along with Tayla our Estates officer so always happy for people to approach us even if its for a chat.
