What we've found on this audit?

Flytipping was found in some areas including furniture.

Grounds Maintainance have started mowing grass which was evident on the day.

General repairs have been reported that were seen in the neighbourhood on the day.

Customers were spoken to who saw me out on the day and i really encourage people to come and chat so i can find out how we can improve things on the estates.

What's happening next?

Flytipping has been logged with our estates officer - remember it is your responsibility to ensure anything you throw out goes to the local tip or in the bin.

Myself and the estates officer continue to visit on a regular basis.
