You don’t need to be bendy – just bring yourself!

Exercise without getting off the chair!

If you can sit, you can do this.

    Gentle movement, big benefits.

Come for the Tai Chi… stay for the company.

  • Happy New year

Although 2025 is now behind us, 2026 has arrived with very cold weather. It’s vitally important that everyone is keeping warm and staying safe.

We ask you, as a community, to please keep an eye on your neighbours—especially the elderly and those who may be vulnerable. Are paths icy or slippery? Do they need help clearing them so they can safely go outdoors if needed? Are they keeping warm, or do they need assistance with shopping or other support?

If you are concerned about anyone—whether it’s a neighbour you know well or someone you don’t—and you’re worried about their wellbeing

  • Xmas bin collections

It’s getting to that time of year again when you don’t know what day, date, or even year it is — thanks to time off work and spending Christmas with family and friends 🎄

If you’re anything like me, there’ll be plenty of extra waste to get rid of. With the bank holidays, bin collection days and bin colours may change, so here’s the link to check your correct collection date and which bin will be collected.

Don’t always rely on your neighbour getting it right — they might be waiting for you to put yours out first!
