King Street Flats

We’ve teamed up with LEW Electrical — one of our valued supply chain partners — to give the entrance at King Street Flats in Market Rasen a fresh new look.

This improvement is part of our ongoing commitment to creating positive social value and making a real difference in the communities we serve.

The project was identified by our Neighbourhoods Team, who spotted an opportunity to brighten and improve the entrance area at 30 King Street, creating a more welcoming space for residents and visitors.

Together, we transformed the entrance with a full repaint and refresh, helping to lift the look and feel of the building.

LEW Electrical generously volunteered their time and donated the materials needed to complete the refurbishment, working alongside our Neighbourhoods Team, repairs team and supply chain manager.

The project forms part of a wider programme of social value initiatives delivered in partnership with our suppliers. These activities go beyond our homes and buildings, helping to improve shared spaces in the communities where our customers live.
