All residents play a part in creating a clean, safe and tidy place to live. A tidy environment makes a big difference to how our estate looks.

To help keep the neighbourhood looking its best, we kindly ask all residents to support the following:

• Please avoid keeping bins at the front of properties except on collection days. Storing bins out of sight helps keep our streets looking neat and well cared for.

• Please ensure no rubbish is left outside at any time. All waste should be placed securely inside the correct bins to prevent litter, smells, and wildlife disturbance.

• Please keep front areas tidy and well‑maintained. Even small efforts—sweeping, removing clutter, or keeping pathways clear—help create a welcoming environment for everyone.

When each household takes these simple steps, the whole estate benefits.
