You may have already heard we are developing Market Rasen House (previously Market Rasen Foyer) into 10 supported apartments that will cater specifically for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and those who are autistic.
In addition to this, we plan to transform the old stable block and land at Market Rasen House into Grange Farm, a place for people to enjoy the outdoors, meet new people, gain new interests and learn new skills. It will provide a new local facility for all, with the stable block being renovated into a training and classroom space, equipped with everything needed to help people learn and enjoy. Activity will include horticulture and small animal care, but there is lots of space and opportunities to do other things too.
We are really keento hear your thoughts, ideas and even concerns as we progress forwards and continue shaping our plans.
It’sa real grand design of a project and will take a little while before the doors are open, however we hope to have everything completed by the end of 2026.
Now that you have heard our vision for Grange Farm, we would be really grateful if you could take the time to answer a few questions, your responses are important to us.
The Clip learning centre and cafe are relocating, they’re not going far though, just a few doors down towards the marketplace.
We will be renovating the old Lloyds bank opposite the market square and turning this into our new home. We hope to be on site soon and expect to be opening our new doors towards the end of summer.
We're excited to invite you all in for coffee and cake but before we do, we want to find out more about what you would like to see on offer, both in the cafe and our learning centre.
Please spend a few minutes sharing your thoughts and ideas with us, it will really help us as things start to take shape
