Lower Manor Neighbourhood Audit June 2025
We carry out estate audits every 3 months in the Lower Manor area. During the audit we check the overall appearance of the estate. This includes communal grounds which are maintained by our garden contractors MKS, individual property condition including gardens and driveways, any abandoned vehicles, fly tipping, health & safety concerns and any improvement works needed.
Findings from June 2025 audit
- Grounds Maintenance: I am pleased to see improvements in the overall appearance of communal grassed areas. The shrubs have been trimmed and much neater and the grassed areas have been cut. There are still some areas particularly the raised beds that need attention and this has been highlighted with the Grounds maintenance team.
- Repairs: A few repairs have been reported, these include raised block paving, missing external wall bricks & a faulty door entry.
- Fly tipping: 4 areas of fly tipping been highlighted during this audit and this has been passed to our Estates Officer Tayla to arrange clearance.
