- The audit was carried out across the week commencing the 13th July.
- During the audit blocks of flats and communal areas were checked for repairs/items left in communal areas, things that could be improved in general and other tenancy related matters and concerns.
- Areas where Acis cover for Grounds Maintenance were audited and checked.
- Untidy gardens were noted.
- Any repairs were reported on the day.

Following on from the audit
- We have contacted residents where untidy gardens have been highlighted. We are working with our residents to ensure gardens are kept maintained.
- We are aware that some of our residents are elderly and may need some assistance with managing their gardens.
- Sheffileld does have a garden pledge scheme which does support residents who have no one in their family to help or that are prevented from doing their garden due to a disability.
- Liaison with Grounds Maintenance to ensure areas were kept short and free of litter and flytipping.
Things that residents can help with
- Remember you are entitled to a 1 bulky waste collection a year through Veolia for up to 12 items.
- Please see below link

- Please ensure if you live in a flat that you dont leave things in the communal areas both inside and outside as this is a fire risk and health and safety issue.
