Some of these cookies are ‘strictly necessary’ to provide the basic functions of the website and can not be turned off, while others if present, have the option of being turned off. Learn more about our Privacy and Cookie policies. These can be managed also from our cookie policy page.
Strictly necessary cookies(always on):

Analytics cookies:

Thank you to everyone who took part in our website redesign focus groups.
Four customers attended the sessions and shared feedback on what content they felt must be included, should be included, and could be included on the website, as well as what they felt should not be there.
Participants discussed their experiences using the website, highlighting occasions when they were able to find information quickly and easily, as well as times when they became frustrated because information was difficult to locate
Customers also compared their experiences with other websites, sharing examples of features they liked and suggestions for how the Acis website could be improved
Feedback and comments received through compliments and complaints were also reviewed
After reviewing the customer feedback as well as the requirements of our teams;
We have improved our search tool and engine to make finding our information easier and quicker
The feedback from customers was included in the specification that was sent out to potential web developers and we are now in the process of appointing a new developer to create the new website based on customer needs as well as company requirements
We will soon have an opportunity for customers to take part in trialling our new look website, please email here if you would like to get involved.
We're redesigning our website this year to make it better and easier for customers like you to find what you need when you need it.
But we can't do it on our own and need your feedback.
We are hosting Teams meetings in May where we want to ask customers what:
Must be on the website
Should be on the website
Could be on the website (your ideas will be very welcome)
What you don't think should be on the website.
Check out the dates and times on the side of this page and book your place today by emailing yourvoice@acisgroup.co.uk
