Communal works - Queensway Gainsborough

Your Voice matters!

We want to hear your thoughts about the improvement works we’re doing at Queensway in Gainsborough.

Following feedback from you, our customers, and observations made by your Area Service Manager we’ve put together a plan to improve the building. We’re currently working in partnership with Equans to deliver this work.

Below is a list of the intended works and we’ll be adding more information over the coming weeks.

• Cleaning of the guttering
• Replacement of the balcony panels
• Painting and repair of the balcony wall
• Painting of the front canopy
• Painting of the balcony handrails
• Replace any missing vent covers
• Painting of railing to the front
• Replacement of the rear store doors
• Repair to damaged brickwork
• Renewal of wooden fence, with metal railings
