We want to hear your thoughts about the improvement works we’re doing at Pilham Court in Gainsborough.
Following feedback from you and observations made by your Area Service Manager we’ve put together a plan to improve the building. We’re currently working in partnership with Equans to deliver this work.
Below is a list of the intended works and we’ll be adding more information over the coming weeks.
Renewal of the end section of fencing to the rear of Pilham Court.
Painting the balcony handrail in silver.Painting of the store doors and replacing bolt locks.
Jet wash of balcony floors.
Installation of handrail to external stairs at rear of Pilham Court.
Replacement of communal store doors.
Internal decoration of stairwells.
Painting of handrail on stairwells.
Repair damaged concrete to stairs.
Repair to damaged concrete to underside of balconies.
Renewal of fascia (which is the front face of the roof edge), and cladding.
Painting of the soffits (the underside face of the roof edge).
Cleaning of UPVC window frames.
