What we've found on this audit?

General repairs have been reported that were seen in the neighbourhood on the day.

Some flytipping was dealt with on the day.

Items were found within communal areas of flats which are not allowed to be there.

What's happening now?

I am following up with letters which have been sent out and ensuring that repairs have been logged and grounds maintenance issues are resolved through our estates officer.

Visits to this area are carried out regularly to check for fly tipping and to keep an eye out for other concerns.
