Your Area Service Managers conducted a neighbourhood audit and have noticed the following:

South Street Flats

Issues highlighted

• Conifers growing onto communal areas to the flats
• Overgrown bush at the front of the flats
• Broken chain link wire attached to the gate

Actions taken

• We have spoken to residents about the conifers who have informed us that they have been maintained over the years from the owner occupiers next to the flats. However, the previous owners of the property have now left. We have tried to contact the new owners, but we have had no response. Due to the size of the conifers, Acis will be arranging for our contractors to cut these back and have them maintained in the future.
• We have requested for the chain link wire on the gate to be removed.
• We have removed the overgrown bush at the front of the flats
