Your Area Service Managers conducted a neighbourhood audit and have noticed the following:

Issues highlighted

• Household items left in the communal areas of the flats
• Bins located too close to the flats
• Broken rotary lines in communal gardens
• Disused sheds in communal areas
• Broken sign in communal area

Action taken

We've taken the below action to respond to these concerns:

• Residents have been contacted to ensure no items are left in communal areas
• Recognised there needs to be a bin store located at the flats.
• Broken rotary lines have been removed
• Disused sheds are to be removed and rubbish cleared
• Sign to be replaced

Improvements

We are working with our Asset Management Team to identify suitable bin areas to relocate bins away from the flats. We will consult with residents to identify a suitable location.
