What we've found on this audit?

A guttering repair was reported that was discussed with a resident on the day.

A couple of gardens were found across the neighbourhood which needed attention with rubbish build up.

Some bushes were found to need cutting back by our Grounds Maintainance

Rubbish and some flytipping found.

What's happening now?

Regular visits still take place in between audits by your housing officer and estates officer and any issues will be reported at this time.

A couple of people written to regarding the garden issues.
