What we've found on this audit?

A couple of issues regarding grounds maintainance were discussed with our estates officer to ensure these have been resolved.

General repairs have been reported that we saw in the neighbourhood on the day.

Untidy gardens were found across the neighbourhood, we've written to people about this.

What's happening now?

Regular visits still take place inbetween audits and any issues will be reported at this time.
