Estate Audit June 2024
Your Area Service Managers have recently conducted a neighbourhood audit and have noticed the following:
Areas of concern raised
We've noticed a few concerns that need to remedied:
- Discarded rubbish at the front of properties and on driveways, which creates an untidy and neglected feel.
- There is a non-roadworthy vehicle which breaches tenancy terms and conditions.
- A kitchen appliance on a driveway.
Action taken.
We've taken the below action to respond to these concerns:
- Residents have been contacted to clear the discarded rubbish within a time frame.
- Residents will be informed that if we continue to remove household items and rubbish then they will be re-charged for the removal of items. Residents will need to contact West Lindsey District Council to request for household items to be disposed of. They can be contacted on https://www.west-lindsey.gov.uk
- The owners of the non-roadworthy vehicle parked in Bardney have been written to, if the vehicle is not removed within the given time frame further action will be taken.
- Residents can also report non roadworthy vehicles to the DVLA: https://www.gov.uk/report-no-mot
Improvements.
By now you've probably noticed lots of work being carried out on roofing at Harvey Kent Gardens. We are working with our contractors to deliver the new roofing program for your homes. Whilst we appreciate there will be more vehicles and work people in your street, we're sure you'll agree this temporary inconvenience will be worth it.
Look out for further projects and improvements!
