What we've found on this audit?

The audit covered Hucknall, Huthwaite, Selston, Kirkby-In-Ashfield and Sutton-in-Ashfield.

A couple of issues in the Huthwaite area regarding grounds maintainance which I've liaised with our estates officer to ensure these have been resolved.

General repairs have been reported that we saw in the neighbourhood on the day.

Untidy gardens were found across the neighbourhood, we've written to people about this.

What's happening now?

Ive followed up with letters which have been sent out and ensuring that repairs have been logged and grounds maintenance issues are resolved through our estates officer.
