What we've found on this audit?

The audit covered Hucknall, Huthwaite, Selston, Kirkby-In-Ashfield and Sutton-in-Ashfield.

There were a couple of issues in the Huthwaite area regarding grounds maintainance which I've liaised with our estates officer to ensure we look at getting these resolved.

Any repairs were reported that we saw in the neighbourhood on the day.

A property in Kirkby-In-Ashfield was noted to need some work carried out on fascia's.
